Queiroz : "Ronaldo is Like Michael Schumacher"

After scoring a whooping 40 goals this season (playing mostly as a winger...) Cristiano Ronaldo is hailed by our assistant manager Carlos Queiroz to be like Michael Schumacher when it comes to top performance expectations.

Can't argue with that....

So far, the Portuguese winger has recorded an unbelievable statistic. He played 46 games and scored 40 goals so far. THAT IS ALMOST 1 GOAL PER GAME !!!!!

And that record was rewarded by two most coveted individual prize in English football. The PFA Players' Player of the Year Award and The PFA Football Writers' Player of the Year Award. Which means that both the media and his peers (either foes or team-mates) acknowledge Ronaldo's accomplishment and skills as a footballer.

Those are the facts that confirm that Ronaldo is "The Face of Manchester United" for the 21st century. Like Michael Schumacher in Ferrari, everybody in Manchester United expects the best out of Ronaldo every time he goes down there playing on the pitch.

"What do you expect from Michael Schumacher in F1 ? Only the best. The same thing goes to Ronaldo. We only expect the best out of him" said Carlos Quieroz to Goal.

"Scoring 40 goals in a season is unbelievable. Even I didn't expect it at the start of this season. And he is not even at his best form yet. He is still very young and there are so much that he can develop for the future. This is just the beginning..." Queiroz added.

You hear it first here boys. This is not even the best Cristiano Ronaldo yet.... Be afraid, be very afraid.

Does anyone think that this boy can score 60 goals in a season for the future ? Everybody laughed when it was said he targeted 30 goals this season. I for one don't want to make that mistake....
